We were living out-of-state when our home was being built, which was difficult at best, but Mac often commuted from his home an hour’s drive away to meet with us on the construction site at times convenient to us, and also in the overseeing of the building of our home. (Many builders out of St George that we had contacted earlier had turned down the job because we weren’t building in a convenient enough location for them.) We appreciated all his efforts to communicate with us by phone, text, and in person.
We were building in the middle of the Covid pandemic, when building prices were beginning to soar. We felt that Mac did his best to help us keep costs down while still building a quality home. As in the building of any home, there were a few glitches that arose along the way, but Mac helped resolve those issues to our satisfaction more than adequately.
The architect working closely with Roy Talmage Builders, Megan Barth, met our needs and desires expertly, as well. Our home perfectly reflects the plans and dreams we had long hoped for.
During our three years living in our home, it has proved solid, safe, and efficient. We absolutely love our beautiful home, and are so pleased with how it turned out.
